I’ve been a little quiet but it’s almost here!!!
The ascend group is so so close and I can’t wait for you all to see what I’ve been working on behind the scenes.
Anyone who’s spent time with me over the last few months knows how much time and effort I’ve put into this, and seeing it all come together is genuinely amazing!
We’re a little over a week from launching and every day between now and then I’ll be posting more details on what exactly it is, what you’ll get, and how to join.
Keep your eyes peeled, and if you just can’t wait then drop me a message and I’ll send you some more details.
Let’s go!!!

I set my 2025 goals like this; you should too!
Firstly, don’t listen to anyone who makes fun of new year goals or resolutions.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle bustle of life, and the new year period can be a great time to take a step back, look at the bigger picture, and make the changes you want to make. People who make fun of that tend not to make any positive changes in their lives at any point.
Secondly (and this is the big one) make the work, not the result, your goal.
What does that look like?
Option 1 “This year, I want to get in great shape”
Option 2 “This year I want to train consistently and focus on my diet”
This seems small but I’ve personally found it to be a super powerful way to set goals and I put a lot of my success in 2024 down to this.
It gives you a much better idea of what the goal actually consists of, gives you some concrete actions to implement, and most importantly it completely takes luck (or lack of it) out of the equation.
Obviously, this doesn’t have to be a fitness goal.
You can use this method with any goal or resolution you might have this year.
“I want to make more money this year” - “I want to hit my KPI’s at work and build a second revenue stream.
“I want to learn a second language this year” - “I want to spend 15 minutes per day practising a second language”
“I want to spend more time with friends this year” - “I want to organise at least one social gathering per month this year”
The list goes on.
Whatever your goal is just remember, focus on the inputs, not the outputs.

An absolutely awesome 12KG down for .1
Charlie absolutely smashed his goal of getting lean in time for his holiday and I'm super proud of the work he's put in.
When we first spoke he said he'd actually got quite lean before, but felt like he lost muscle along the way and ended up looking pretty skinny.
So the goal was simple.
Get lean, while holding onto (and ideally building) as much muscle as possible.
And that's exactly what we did!!!
Every single week weight went down and numbers in the gym went up.
I always preach doing things in a sustainable way and making sure your diet phase doesn't feel super difficult or like it drags on forever.
Charlie was able to go out to socialise with friends, still eat foods he enjoyed, and generally live a pretty similar life to the one he was living pre-diet.
It's not about a complete lifestyle overhaul.
It's about implementing small changes, optimizing some of the things you're already doing, and getting the guidance you need to stay consistent and accountable.
I've got slots for new clients open so if you're looking for these kinds of results and want to find out more just drop me a message and I'll get right back to you.
