New feature added to app which goes live over next day or two.
We've introduced a chat section (similar to whatsapp)
Chat direct to the staff member if you want to cancel your appointment etc
We will be disabling Facebook chat as not all staff have access to it.
If anyone has any ideas to make the app better we are open to suggestions

AS WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY ANY WEEKLY PASSES WHICH WERE DUE TO END ON THESE DAYS WILL BE EXTENDED SO DONT PANIC YOU WONT LOOSE OUT :)
