Googolplex is a large number equal to 10 10100 = 10 googol or one followed by a googol (10 100) zeroes. This number is so big that it's impossible to write it down because there isn’t enough room in the universe to fit it in!. It would also take a length of time far greater than the age of the universe just to write the numbers.

The equals sign or "=" is a mathematical symbol used to indicate equality. It was invented in 1557 by a Welsh mathematician named Robert Recorde. He also introduced the pre-existing plus sign (+) to English speakers.
