ARC Total Maintenance

Been extremely slack with my social media of late. I just wanted to quickly share a job that I did for a loyal and very valued client.

I had a list of jobs to work through, so off I went on Monday morning with some purpose and energy. On the list was a piece of furniture that was made by his father, it had been water damaged and in some need of a little TLC.

The hand made cabinet has been the highlight of my week, the sentimental value is priceless.

Being able to do this has been a real honour for me, I hope that you get as much pleasure from looking at it as I did refreshing it?

This week saw the final push on a job that was needed to be done in two visits. Unfortunately the boiler at the property decided to stop and a replacement was needed.

Due to the lay out of the floor tiles it wasnt possible to complete until the new boiler was fitted.

This bathroom & utility room was in need of a major overhaul due to a long term leak under the shower. New flooring was installed to both rooms and timber studwork renewed where needed.

This job really was rewarding and the clients a joy to work with. Some great choices were made by them and the results speak for themselves.

The bathroom furniture was supplied by Gateway Tile and Slate Limited, the tiles were sourced from Topps Tiles and the building materials were purchased from Bradfords & RGB Building Supplies.

Hi All,

A busy and productive (apart from social media updates) start to 2026 for me. Please find the the before and after photos from my last job.

Flooring purchased from Topps Tiles, a quality wood effect LVT click fit system. The ceilins/walls and woodwork have being finished using the Dulux diamond finish paint and satinwood.

Pleased with how this has come together, it has given the clients a durable and elegant finish.
