AD Spending time outdoors is good for the soul. A walk doesn’t just clear your head, it can completely shift your mood, especially when you’re sharing it with other like‑minded people 🌿

Back at the start of March (when the weather wasn’t so lovely) I joined a group walk with , and it was such a lovely reminder of how welcoming and accessible walking can be. I went along not quite knowing what to expect, but was met with friendly faces, good conversation, and the chance to explore some beautiful local scenery at a steady and sociable pace. A great way to build confidence if you’re used to walking solo or are newer to getting outdoors! 🚶‍♀️✨

I also tracked the route using OS Maps by , which made it easy to see exactly where we went and revisit some of my favourite parts of the walk afterwards 🗺️💚
