Come and join their friendly supportive groups in Yealmpton and Kingsbridge.

Led by the fabulous Jim Shaylor and supported by volunteers.

Meet like-minded people. Have a cuppa and a chat. Join in with some gentle exercises in a safe, supportive environment. Receive helpful information, advice and resources.
