Followed by a family BBQ 😍

And finished off with a visit to the beach for sunshine and coffee 😍

Just two weeks on a busy market and a tenant has applied 💻…. Passed the necessary checks ✅….. and paid the deposit 💸

This previously neglected property will now provide a safe and comfortable home 😍
