💻🐾 Today’s Microsoft Teams meeting was chaired by… Ripple!

We’d like to introduce our newest member of the TEAL management team… Ripple, Head of Online Meetings! 🤎

From making sure the camera angle is just right to keeping everyone smiling throughout the meeting, Ripple was determined to supervise today’s TEAL Teams session. We can’t promise he contributed much to the agenda, but morale was definitely higher with him in attendance! 🐶💙

At TEAL CIC, our educational support dogs aren’t just there for our young people—they’re often found helping (or supervising!) behind the scenes too. Whether it’s offering emotional regulation, encouraging movement breaks, or simply reminding us to stop for a fuss, they make every day a little brighter.

We think Ripple deserves a promotion… although he may demand payment in tennis balls and biscuits! 🎾🦴

At TEAL CIC we love encouraging creativity, imagination and positive sensory experiences. Today Sam was transformed into our very own unicorn using horse-safe chalk colours on his mane and tail.

Activities like these help our young people express themselves, build confidence, communicate their feelings and enjoy spending quality time with our wonderful ponies—all while making sure Sam is happy, relaxed and enjoying the attention too.

We think he wears rainbow hair rather well… don’t you? 🌈✨

He looks incredibly relaxed in the photo too—head down, standing quietly over his bucket as if he’s saying, “Yes, I’m fabulous, and I know it!” 🦄💕
