We collaborate daily with Scottish Water to gain technical approval on a variety of different projects.

However, adhering to their Water Policy to gain a connection for a site into a combined sewer is becoming extremely difficult.

One of our jobs is to assist clients and architects throughout this process, producing Surface Water Options Reports that include detailed drawings, drainage calculations and an overall desktop appraisal.

After extensive discussion and negotiations with Scottish Water, we recently achieved Technical Approval on behalf of a client for a new property in Kilmarnock – happy days!😃
