A practice session on Lough Erne for Mark and Massimo ahead of the Championships. A beautiful evening for a row around the islands near Castle Archdale.

Getting the practice in for Monster the Loch (33km) today with a 25km row. The first 15km were handy enough, then the wind picked up turning Larne Lough into a washing machine. Made it back though!

A fun morning of practice for the forthcoming beach sprint crews, with a paddle boarder rescue thrown into the mix. Nice to see both Olderfleet and Whitehead RC making an appearance in the bay!
