Drop OFF

Operating hours aim to be 12:00-22:00 daily (depending on driver availability) we welcome messages out with this time and will make out of hour deliveries if possible.

Each delivery will be assessed on a case by case basis, determining wether it can be excepted or not. Drop OFF reserve the right to decline any collections or deliveries.

Any suspicious behaviour concerning pick ups and drop offs will be reported to the authorities immediately. Drop off of alcohol and 18+ products require a valid ID, failure to provide this will result in the product being refused delivery and with no refund given. Please make sure you have appropriate identification e.g driving license/provisional or passport if you look under 25.
