💖The 31 Challenge is helping build strong communities that walk alongside survivors like Jacob - offering support, belonging, and the chance for a fresh start.
Jacob once lived alone under a bridge after addiction cost him his job, his family, and his home.
Today, his story looks completely different. Through the support of Change Makers, Jacob found healing in Jesus, rebuilt his life, built a home with his own hands, and is now reunited with his daughter. 🏠
He’s now a husband, a father, and someone who helps others find hope too.
👉Your support can help more vulnerable people find the community and encouragement they need to rebuild their lives.

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, many women facing poverty and instability feel trapped with no safe way to provide for themselves and their children. Some are pushed into prostitution simply to survive.
After experiencing deep hardship, rejection and isolation, Kimboti* found herself caught in a cycle she thought she could never escape.
But through the support of our local partner, BOMO, and the kindness of people like you, she discovered a different future. ✨
Through tailoring training, counselling and spiritual support, she rebuilt her confidence, rediscovered her worth, and began creating a new life for herself and her children.
🧵Today, ten years later, Kimboti runs her own tailoring studio, training and mentoring young women in her community so they, too, can believe that change is possible.
Her story is a beautiful reminder that hope can grow even in the hardest places. 💕
