A classic Trappist-style cheese with a twist!
Produced by third generation cheesemaker John Deweer and his son Louis-Phillipe in Roeselare, West Flanders.
It is then washed in REX Blonde Ale. Sweet malt and slightly bitter hint from the hops marries the savoury, salty characteristics of the cheese.
Cow’s milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian
