Absolutely smashed it!! 22,000 press-ups, all in a morning's work! 💨

Army Foundation College Harrogate Waterloo Company conducted their Project Give More charity event this morning, completing 1 press-up for every casualty or life lost at the Battle of Waterloo. 🎖️

All of their hard work and effort was in support of 3 amazing charities, Macmillan Cancer Support, ABF The Soldiers' Charity and SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity 🤝
