✨ I’m thrilled to have delivered a Brain Health & Mental Fitness session for the Specsavers team in Ripon!
My talk focused on a food-first approach to upgrading the brain and boosting cognitive performance. On a hot and sunny evening we explored:

🍇 How diet shapes long-term brain health
🧠 Practical ways to stay mentally sharp through everyday food choices
One of the standout reflections from the Specsavers team was:
