Long time, no post! So I’ve been lacking a bit of inspiration and creativity recently (hence my account going a bit quiet) but I’m back with these super pretty minis I made last weekend for a 21st birthday tea party.
They are:
- Carrot, orange & pecan with cream cheese icing
- Lemon & dark chocolate with lemon curd buttercream
- Vanilla & raspberry with fresh raspberry buttercream
All topped with beautiful edible flowers from
Minis are a really good option if you want variety but don’t want full-size cupcakes. A lighter way to try all the flavours!
