I’m working with this lovely client over the next six months. Her body is heavily depleted in key vitamins and minerals, which means it’s struggling to repair tissue, regulate her hormones, and maintain healthy skin. When the body doesn’t have the nutrients it needs, it simply can’t heal or rebalance properly.

Our focus is on building a strong foundation, restoring those essential nutrients and giving her body everything it needs to repair her skin from the inside out. Once that foundation is in place, we can properly support the deeper systems involved.

We see these kinds of patterns often in skin clients. Everyone’s results are different, but nutrient depletion, mineral imbalance and systemic stress are common themes. Bioenergetic testing allows us to look at patterns from birth right through to the present day, and it can also highlight what may develop in the future if the body isn’t supported now. It gives us the chance to act early and be proactive. 🌱
