Just to flag up that if you have private health insurance you might want to check your policy as you may be able to claim back the cost of your treatment. Some companies will cover alternative/holistic/complementary therapies. I am a fully qualified and registered Reflexologist and member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologist) and I regularly provide receipts/invoices for insurance purposes. Have a look and see whether it's relevant for you and your policy.
