Proud moment! This client has come so far...

When Fiona first came to me she was extremely unsure if she would be able to exercise at all - Fiona was having pain relief injections in her back.

Fiona would be struggling day to day with simple tasks due to the pain. So when she signed up I assured her that no money would be wasted - if I couldn't help I'd give her a full refund.

The first 2 months of her training we focused on strength training and core stability to give her body and joints more support and since then she started she has not had a single injection and is now completely pain free.

A couple of years down the line and more times than I can count being called a "T**t" - Yesterday Fiona deadlifted 80kg (way more than her own bodyweight) with perfect form and a solid lift!!! Something even I wasn't sure she would ever do at the start of her journey.

She's had her ups and downs especially through covid which is to be expected but she has changed her life completely!
