Menopause Café

Colne Valley Primary Care Network (PCN) have been offered a venue in Earls Colne to hold the Menopause Café once a month.

This will be at the Earls Colne Recreational Club every 2nd Thursday between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

The Menopause Café is to help support people affected by the menopause and to encourage peer support and self-help in a supportive setting.

Braintree District Dementia Action Alliance have a planned event upcoming. This is a free event but must be booked ahead of time. Please see further details in the poster below.
