Great news for the club as our 25/26 2XV Player of the Season, Ryan Arnold, has re-signed for another season with the Vandals. Ryan will be hoping for a big season, pushing for more appearances in the first team shirt. Here’s what the coaches said:

“Ryan wouldn’t hesitate to play for either team at this club. A Vandal through and through, he has been a vital link between the 1st and 2nds in recent seasons. He’s always stepped up without hesitation and earned the brace of tries against Osset in our final game of the season last year. Great to have him back on board.” - Josh MacDonald

Great news as Ethan Bush has re-signed with the club for the upcoming Yorkshire Counties 2 season. The Siddal winger is hoping for a big season with plenty more tries for the team. Here’s what the coaches had to say:

“A great player to lock in. Bushy can score from anywhere on the field, making him so exciting to watch. He’s an excellent, natural try scorer with bags of pace. People at the club clearly love having him around and always ask if he’s on the team sheet, so it’s fantastic to have him up for another year. Hopefully more ball in hand and more tries coming from him this year.” - Josh MacDonald

“I’m excited to see Bushy back in a Vandals shirt this season. An absolute snipers nightmare with ball in hand and creates excitement whenever he has space in front of him. He has high standards for himself and brings everyone around him up to those levels.” - Paul Jowett 🔵⚪️

The club are excited to announce that last seasons Clubman of the Year, Tony McAspurn has re-signed for the upcoming season. Here’s what the coaches had to say:

“T is exactly the type of character myself, Jow and Ben want at the club. He puts the club first. Tony has been at the club for 21 years. Coming towards the latter part of his career, I admire how he stills wants the best for the club. Always willing to play for either team and more importantly, pushing the players around him to be the best they can be. The club are lucky to have him for yet another season!” - Josh MacDonald
