Support Dog For Max

STOLEN HOLMFIELD

Our sheds and neighbours sheds were broken into last night. from us they made off with garden equipment and 3 bikes! absolute scum who would do this at Christmas.

All 3 bikes were the Cube brand. please make these bike to much hot property and report to the POLICE or forward to me if you see these been sold online.

It's been a heck of a start to the year and apologies to all for our lack of updates we have over the past 4 week suffered from Covid one after the other :(

But we have great news that Harry will be coming home on the 17th!! Max is so excited he will have a number of training days with autism dogs at home and around Halifax so do give us a wave! And we will be visiting the wonderful business that helped us over the half term!

Special thanks to The Fabbadashery Hirds Family Fisheries and The Skircoat Green Post Office who all hosted tubs for many months for Max's fund!

Max's just giving page also raise a wonderful £459.70 in gift aid which goes direct to The Bradley Lowery Foundation who hosted Max's just giving page to help them with all the amazing fundraising work they do for children and now adults too!

Harry is in advanced training now with Autism Dogs CIC and we hope will be coming home to Max permanently in February! We will keep everyone updated on this page when he does and the next steps on the journey for Max and Harry!

What a wonderful 3 days at Family Training huge thanks to Caroline & Andrew at Autism Dogs for giving us all there time and been so patient and wonderful with Max!

We had the best time seeing Max come out of his shell he spent time in shops a thing he has been unable to do for 18months!! He sat through modules of information without complain! In strange places he does not last normally 5 mins!! (Though he might have got too comfy! Especially on the heated floor!)

Max has been heartbroken in leaving Harry but knows he is working hard to come home to us

We have so much to learn but feel so supported by the autism dogs team! Harry is now entering advanced training and skills training In a program specific to Max's needs.
