June. Done. What a month… Here’s what we got up to:
1. When you say you want to take a pretty picture… Ask and you shall receive.
2. No big deal. Just rubbing shoulders with Prince William at London Tech Week. London Tech Week
3. We introduced a new heavyweight designer to the Troop and had the lovely Freya in the studio for work experience.
4. The brilliant Surrey Family + Headshot Photographer swung into the Silverback® jungle to share some great photography tips with Freya.
5. One whole year of Sean. 🥳
We celebrated in the only appropriate way… ice creams in the blazing heat. Congrats Sean, its great to have you part of the Troop

What actually happens when a project falls out of scope?
Briefs are written at a fixed point in time. Projects aren’t and new ideas appear, stakeholders can join late, priorities shift. That’s just how creative work goes.
So when something changes, we don’t immediately reach for the rate card. If a bit of extra thinking gets the work to a better place, we get on with it. And when something genuinely reshapes the project, we pause and have a straightforward conversation about what it means.
