A few simple steps can help:
Keep any essential medication stored as recommended
Charge mobility devices and medical equipment in advance
Carry water and a small, handheld fan if you’re heading out
Plan journeys for cooler times of the day if possible
Check in with neighbours, friends or family – and let them check in with you.
