Expect a plant-led tasting journey that puts seasonal, local ingredients centre stage, from carrot kimchi croustade and wild mushroom tartlets to celeriac pannacotta, caramelised potato tarte tatin and apple & blackcurrant crumble, each course treated with SIX’s fine dining flair.
