We hope everyone had a brilliant Christmas and all the best for the year ahead.

We havnt been out this week as all our water system is all frozen, this being the buffer tank we use to fill the vans and the water tanks and all the water system in the back of our vans are frozen solid due to the negative temperatures over the past week.

We’re hoping to be out soon as the weather gets better.

To the people who have contacted us over the Christmas period for quotes and to be added to the round we will get back to you and give you an approx date for your first clean.

So sorry about any inconvenience.

With the lead up to Christmas we’ve had to rearrange some work which means your window clean will more than likely be sooner than usual. This will only effect our work in low fell and lobley hill onwards.

This week we’re hoping to be at Pelton fell,Birtley, low fell and lobley hill.

Week commencing 15th: Beacon Lough, Bensham, Ryton/Winlaton/blaydon/swalwell/whickham, Sunniside, Newcastle.

Week commencing 22nd: Sheriff hill.

You will still receive a day before text reminder, if you would like to skip please let us know in advance.

Over Christmas we’ve changed our windows cleaned chittys to our blue colour scheme, from previous red.

Please be aware the bank details HAVE CHANGED over this time too, any previous payment you may have made between 28th to date, more than likely have bounced back into your account. Message us if you need confirmation of the new bank details to make payment to.

We are back to work from Monday on our window cleaning rounds. This is weather permitting that it’s not too low temperatures and hopefully the snow holds off. 🤞🏻
