What a week for our Tyne United juniors!
The squad had a fabulous day at Nottingham last Saturday for the Juniors Inter-Regional Regatta (JIRR)

The weather was exactly what you want for a regatta day, and the racing was very competitive.
Both crews competed in the C finals, and for many of the juniors it was their first time racing at this type of event, so a brilliant experience and lots of learning.

And it was a particularly brilliant day for James in his single, who won in the AR B final! 🥇

The gang were all representing the Northern region at the event, which came third overall. Great effort from all northern crews involved.
