Back in Balance are pleased to announce that Jon, the Bodyworker, has just qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on practice that uses light touch to help the body restore its natural healing abilities. It helps to release tension within the body's connective tissues, and support the rhythmic flow of cerebrospinal fluid.
Promoting a feeling of deep relaxation, encourage self-healing, and helping to alleviate physical and emotional stress.
This qualifications sits perfectly alongside Jons training in sports and holistic massage, advance manipulations, medical acupuncture, lymph drainage, cupping, kinesiology taping and a distinction in personal training.
If you wish to book an appointment please get in touch with Jon on 07785187201 π

This book is 100% worth a read, or listen on Audible (it's read by the author - who is very engaging)

This is the time of year to snuggle in, rest, and allow our bodies to hibernate a little, our systems to use their energy for self-healing, and our minds to drift and dream.
I know this is very difficult in today's fast paced world, that seems to demand we do and achieve more and more.
Maybe all that is possible is to look for those small special moments, your coffee in the morning, a quiet moment through the day. Notice them, take a few breaths and settle into Now, even just for a few minutes β¨
οΈSending love to you all and wishing you a warm and gentle few weeks π
Today is the 20th anniversary of my becoming a registered osteopath β¨οΈ I can honestly say, that I'm grateful every day, for a profession that has allowed me to work with so many wonderful people over the years. Here's to another 20+πππ

I'm so grateful to my body, hands and Thinking Fingers. They allow me to do work I love every day πππ»π«Άπ»π
On this wet Wednesday (in the UK), we're reflecting on some thoughts from W. G. Sutherland in 1962...
π¬ "...those thinking fingers are an integral part of authentic osteopathic procedure."
Have a wonderful, and hopefully drier rest of the week.
Good Morning Everyone π
