Studio BAE

I have climbed and ached to get here. I know that I will climb more and it will be further and it will most certainly hurt more than I can imagine. I may even try to stop or turn back. I will discover new territory and I will lose my balance, more than once. I will feel deeply alone and at times I will also feel stuffed full of joy and love. I fear now for what comes and I fear for what I can’t hold onto from behind me. But for right now, I am just here. I breathe, I listen and I activate my body. I ask for time to slow.
