HOW TO BOOST OMEGA-3s WITH REAL FOOD
Omega-3s are the anti-inflammatory powerhouse your hormones, brain, and muscles love. From period pain to post-workout recovery — getting enough matters.
Here are my go-to tips to increase omega-3s with food, not just supplements. 🐟💪
- 2-3 servings of oily fish/week
- Daily plant-based sources (chia, flax, h**p)
- Balance your fats: drop the ultra-processed oils
- Choose pasture-raised when possible
- Add sea veggies or algae oil for a vegan boost
