These gentle movements are designed to:
✨ Improve mobility in your hips and lower back to help ease stiffness and keep you moving comfortably.
✨ Increase mobility through your upper back, helping to reduce tension and improve posture as your body changes throughout pregnancy.

Always move within a comfortable range and speak to your healthcare provider if you’re unsure whether an exercise is suitable for you.
