This year marks a pretty special milestone for me, I’m heading into my 16th season with Haven, having worked here for 15 amazing years… and what a ride it’s been!

I started my Haven journey right here at Devon Cliffs, working in the Spa as a Beauty Therapist. From there, I’ve been lucky enough to explore different roles across four parks, gaining experience in holiday sales, guest relations, cleaning services, and owners services before dropping anchor in my current role as Head of Experience.

Along the way, I’ve learned so much, not just about the business, but about leadership, teamwork, resilience, and myself. Every role has helped shape the person I am today, and each step has been another wave pushing me forward 🌊

But the real reason I’ve stayed with Haven all these years? The people.
The colleagues who became friends.
The memories we’ve made.
The laughter, support, and shared moments that make even the busiest days smooth sailing.

Haven has given me more than just a career — it’s given me friendships I’ll treasure and opportunities I’ll always be grateful for. And honestly? I still love coming to work by the sea — you can’t beat that view! 🏖️
