Just loving my new oils. A couple of recent paintings for a couple of special people.

Took this “little” (1 metre x 1 metre) monkey to it’s new owner a couple of days ago. Start Point. Acrylic and oils on deep edge stretched canvas.

The Seven Bays. A great week away hiking and sketching along the beautiful north coast of Cornwall. I didn't get to Porthcothan Bay so I added Newtrain Bay to my endeavours. B***ys Bay takes its name from the B***y seabird. Just saying! A great part of the world for sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, rock pooling. The scenery is gorgeous, even when it's raining.
