Progress, after a further appointment at Franklyn House the NHS Physio has told me to get back to the gym, cardio and a few weights on my knees nothing too excessive.
My first visit tonight I did 3 mins cycling, 3 mins Cross walker, 3 mins rowing. 10 x bridges 10sec hold (2 sets of 5) and 30 leg presses (3 sets of 10).
I'm really buzzing it felt good to get back to it.
2 days rest now next visit Saturday.

First run in a long time.
Took it easy with a 20min guided First Run with Nike+
