A complete strip and relay of this slate roof, with all existing slates and ridge tiles carefully removed and retained for reuse. We installed new breathable felt, counter battens, battens, and lead valleys before re-fixing the slates and fitting a dry-fix ventilated ridge system. The project was finished with new PPC aluminium gutters, manufactured to match the original style and preserve the property’s character. A great result that combines traditional materials with modern roofing systems.

🔨 No experience needed – full training provided
📍 Location: Sowton area (7:00am starts – must be able to get there)
🧗 Work involves working at height
🚗 Driving licence helpful but not essential

✔ Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
✔ Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather
