Work experience helps young people build confidence, develop new skills, and gain valuable insight into the world of work, supporting them as they take their first steps towards a future career.

Since September 2025, our records show we've supported 47 work experience and experience of the workplace opportunities across the Council, helping young people explore careers in local government and connect with our amazing teams.
