Full time salary approx £28’000 depending on shift pattern

We are recruiting for part time and full time support staff to work in a challenging yet rewarding role, supporting our young people aged 16 to 18 with various complex needs. You will work as part of a team helping to engage the young people to meet their needs and achieve positive outcomes.

You will be part of a close and supportive team of staff that work with young people to work towards independence. You will be helping with all independence skills such as budgeting, cooking, education and work commitments as well as tailoring the support plan to suit their individual needs.

You will be working closely with all relevant agencies such as social services, Police, Yot, education and many other supporting professionals.

We currently have permanent, temporary and bank staff vacancies for the following:

24 hour shifts from 8am to 8am (11pm to 7am sleep in)
Days: 8am to 6pm
Nights: 6pm to 8am (11pm to 7am sleep in)

You will be on a regular Rota and be expected to work some weekends

We offer competitive rates of pay, full training and induction and opportunities to work towards NVQ qualifications.
This role is subject to reference checks and an enhanced DBS
