Housing is one of the biggest challenges students face at Exeter 🏠

💰 rising rents
🫣 mould and maintenance issues
❓ unsure about your rights as renters

This is what you told us, so we’re taking action!

It’s important to remember that change doesn’t happen overnight night, but every week we’re fighting for students and making your voice heard in many different ways. Sometimes it’s big campaigns and events to raise awareness, other times it’s gathering your feedback in surveys and attending big University meetings to represent the student voice.

We’re not done fighting for you on all things house - this is just the start! Please get in touch with your Officer Team () if you have any ideas for what else you would like to see happening 🤩

Term 3 celebrations are well underway for many of you, so we just wanted to share this reminder to look after yourself and your mates 🫶

Whether you’re heading on a night out, taking a trip to the beach to enjoy this glorious weather (maybe not today ☔) or you’re making the most of your last couple weeks in Exeter with your friends - staying safe matters.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and ask for help. If you’ve experienced or witnessed any unsafe, unwanted or inappropriate behaviour, you can and should report it through the University’s Support and Report system if you feel comfortable to do so.
