Early start to weigh lambs ready for today’s market. Prices coming back down which is a shame but not unexpected unfortunately. Still better than last year but the drought here is really hurting lamb growth rates now.

These lads looking for new homes. Pure bred Lleyn and Lleyn cross Aberfield SR shearling rams. Genuine grass fed rams born outside in Feb/Mar last year. High selection pressure in commercial flock of 400 plus ewes. Strong, long powerful rams. Located near Exeter.

The heat and lack of rain is starting to have a big impact now, grass has died right back so it’s time to put the first bale out. Can’t believe it’s only the start of July!! Could be a long summer of feeding the ewes 😬😬
