FOOD PREP 🤯
When we think of food prep, it can be very daunting. The trick is to keep it simple!
This is my go to and can be made with BEEF/TURKEY/VEGGIE mints.
Pack it with all the veg you can (broccoli, green beans, peppers, onion, mushroom, mange tout, courgette etc.
I have cheated in the vid for speed using a branded Bolognese sauce, but try to use chopped or tinned tomato’s and add your own spices and flavour.
This takes me no more than 45 mins to make and covers me for at least 12 meals per week.
You may want to cook more often and change the recipe for chicken or turkey breast, but I just like to have it done, so it-lasts due to a very busy schedule.
Take that 45 mins - 1 hour out of your week and it’ll save you hours in the week to be more productive in your work, training and general life, whilst feeling great for eating good grub!
If you are on a higher calorie diet, then you can add rice or sweet potato to each portion.
