I may not have managed to sort out posters or flyers in time, but I do have these new interlocking mats for my Mini-Yogi sessions, woohoo!

This Wednesday will be their first outing and I can't wait. Bring your Mini-Yogi along to the Garland@The Birdhouse CIC in Pinces Gardens for 10am this Wednesday and every Wednesday with a couple of exceptions across the summer.

I'm also running a free session at Love St Thomas Summer Festival on Saturday at 2pm, see you under the trees 🌳

Yes, today was hot. Very hot. But I had the pleasure of bookending it with Early morning club first thing in the cool and my evening group at Kiva & Zen Yoga & Holistic Healing Rooms Topsham Exeter in the air conditioning, which felt amazing! Stepping outside afterwards was like stepping off a plane in a hot country though 😆🥵

I still have space in both of these sessions at the moment so if you want to move your body, boost your state of mind and avoid the heat of the day then why not come and have a go? What's stopping you?
