You may or may not have felt or are still feeling, your own responses to the massively strong light energies radiating from the great central sun and the universe into the beautiful physicality.
The body is catching up to the expansion of our amazing and unique human consciousness evolution.
Contrary to the mass collective doom and gloom scenarios being fed to us through al the various media, this is wonderful and unknown to us before now.
The old densities are being cleared and purified; that doesn't necessarily occur easily or look 'pretty'.
Be gentle with yourselves, accepting (allowing the purging that may be occurring)and non-judgmental.
We are entering a new energetic reality and the old is dying off. That is never easy for the egoic structure, so it fights and attempts to hold on to the 'familiar' even though the familiar will have been false, a lie, fear-based.
But all is well dear ones. You are loved. Loving and accepting yourself may feel odd to you.
Maybe you were told it is 'selfish' to love yourself. Let that go.
It is not possible to be the love or light that you are by nature when you are judging or condeming yourself (or others, of course).

Take a few deep breaths, let go of the illusion of control/fear of not being in control (egoic structure illusion) and start to relax.
It's time to play with what is and presents, not with what has been and is no longer true, if it ever was.
You are loved, loving and lovable.
So it is.

What is presenting as love and what is not presenting as love, but judgment.
The very essence of any assistance is simply to remind you, awaken you, to what you already are and know as an aspect of creator consciousness......nothing more nor less.
