1.⁠ ⁠Discussion about upcoming Redhayes Management Company (up to / no longer than 1 hr) I’ve put together a briefing paper at https://tithebarn.uk/redhayes-management-company/ with my imperfect knowledge about which residents will be affected when the service charge starts being due, plus a Q&A. Please do ask more questions that occur so I can find out answers beforehand.

**The first part will be an open session without attendance being recorded. There will be a comfort break and people are welcome to attend for just this session if they want to.**

It's the Tithebarn Fun Day - Initial meeting tonight at 7pm. Meet in the bar of voco Zeal. Kids can come along if you need to bring them. Bring a pen and lots of ideas about what we want and how you can get involved! Does our community have what it takes to organise this for ourselves?

It's the litter pick today. Meet at the Town Square at 10am for an hour and let's show our pride in our neighbourhood. It's family friendly and all equipment is provided. See you there!
