We are looking for a Rent Officer (maternity cover) to join the team at !

This role supports the collection and reconciliation of housing-related income at YMCA Exeter, helping to ensure residents meet their rent responsibilities and that housing benefit claims are managed effectively. You'll work closely with the Support and Finance teams, providing accurate records and practical assistance to residents navigating rent and arrears.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, commencing from the successful candidate's start date (up to 12-months long).

Working Hours: Part-time (30 hours per week)
Salary: £26,227.80 per annum
Location: Exeter

Join our Stage 2 team and play a central role in helping young people build the skills and confidence needed for independent living. You'll plan and deliver group work programmes and training courses for residents, supporting their personal development and progression through our accommodation stages — alongside providing individual support where needed.

Working Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £28,080 per annum
Location: Exeter
