A huge thank you to our 180DC Exeter alumni — Elizabeth Barber (Oliver Wyman), Luis Surroca Llorens (Goldman Sachs), and Zach Boyce (EY-Parthenon) — for joining us as panellists at our Leadership Training Workshop this week.

Our Executive Team, Project Managers, and Senior Consultants had the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals about what it takes to lead consulting projects effectively. The session covered key topics including client leadership, team communication, managing scope, and delivering high-quality outputs under real project constraints.

It was a genuinely formative and insightful session, giving our leadership team practical perspectives on how to operate more professionally and deliver greater value to our clients.

We’re incredibly grateful to our alumni community for continuing to support and invest in the next generation of 180DC Exeter consultants.
