😌 Safe Foods 😌

For a number of different reasons, food can be extremely overwhelming for some, especially for ADHD and ASD individuals.

This is why many will opt for their β€˜safe foods’ especially in times of uncertainty, stress and overwhelm.

As an ND health coach, I fully respect this. I always work in line with each individuals personal preferences, needs and sensitivities and together we can figure out little, enjoyable ways to bring in a bit more nutrition to your diet.
