A man came to class a few weeks ago.
Never seen him before.

Afterwards he said:

“I thought this was just a few yoga moves.
Then I realised there was something else going on,
and I felt different in myself.”

That’s the point.

It’s not about stretching.
It’s not about poses.

It’s about building a strong nervous system.
A clear head.
And a presence you can actually feel.

Most men don’t have a space for that.

Tonight’s class was about patterns, especially the ones we keep repeating even when they don’t work for us any more.
We worked on strengthening the nervous system, opening the higher centres, and building a steadier heart so that boundaries come from awareness rather than reaction.
Simple work, but not always easy.
