Here’s the inside 208 DPF after we’ve cleaning

Vw crafter dpf in for cleaning/ Refurb, this one’s soot content was too high for safe static regeneration.

This is an Audi a3 DPF we cleaned this week, this DPF was badly blocked with the engine running in limp mode and unable to clear fault codes for blocked filter and unable to run a forced regeneration due to the high soot content which is a fire risk if attempted at those levels. We removed the DPF and carried out the pretreatment, then installed on our carbon clean DPF cleaning machine to remove the built up soot and ash. We then reinstalled on the vehicle and ran our diagnostic equipment to clear the faults and run the car to confirm no faults and a soot content of just 1.78 grams after treatment.
