April and May have fast become a double act of successes and we are here for it!!

It was a resounding yes from all the coaches to this one - SO well deserved 🙌🏽

April round up! Better late than never 🤪

A belter of a month that already feels like forever ago!! The ISCA community are showing us how strong they are in and out of the gym 🙌🏽

Some highlights in no particular order..

•Easter WODs were BIG, 40 of you at a time sweating off the Easter chocolate
• 16 incredible pairs took ok 🔥
• was busy performing in Annie 🎤
• We came together to fundraise for Tom kingdon 💷⚡️
• .mugford10 made us all proud competing on the big stage at 🇬🇷
• And then he left Em and Hope in charge for the week and we didn’t burn the place down 👯‍♀️💅
• took on the Manchester Marathon
• And took on the London Marathon
• and Chloe took smashed Cardiff Hyrox
• and celebrated their wedding 🩷💍
• Quals were well underway!
• Reg had approximately 5321 cuddles by members 🐶

Not such a huge month of PBs on the board, but the goals being smashed both in and out of the gym shows what a great CrossFit gym and community can really do to better your life 🫶🏽
