Argyll House is really beautiful student house located very close to Exeter University. We’ve had the privilege of hosting many hundreds of UK & International students over the last 15 years.

So it’s finally time to start another project, that was put on hold for a number of different reasons.

This building has been in my plans since 2019. I’ve gone through several iterations of what I should do with it. Originally it was a beautiful double fronted Victorian house. The features and proportions are beautiful.

The right moment matters and that moment has arrived.

Something new will be coming to Cullompton in the new year and l hope that it endures as long as this beautiful building has.

I’m looking for some good all round helpers to work on some property projects that I have coming up over the next few months.

The work will involve clearing out buildings, removing carpets and wallpaper, some painting, decorating and cleaning.

If you’re interested in property development and you’re energetic and hard working then this may well be a great way to learn on some real property development projects.

Pay is dependant on capability, energy and initiative.
